CNC machine from Jianye group Co.,ltd may only be shipped from China.the delivery time is about 2-3 months when payment. All products are subject to availability. In the event that we are out of stock, you will be notified by the next business day. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; to supply only part of an order; or to divide an order into multiple shipments to expedite delivery. We also reserve the right to change the terms or duration of any special offers or sales promotions.

Pre Orders & Back Orders

At Jianye, you can reserve a machine from an upcoming launch before they sell out. Each pre-order has an expected ship date assigned.

You are required to provide a payment method to place a pre-order.

Once the order is ready to ship, your order will be processed for the full amount. Please make sure your card does not expire between the time you place your order and the time your item is expected to ship. This will cause processing delays). After the order has completed its processing time, you will receive a shipping email notification once tracking information has been generated.

PLEASE NOTE: when selecting alternate payment methods such as: T/T or L/C  payment methods are run independent of our website.

Tracking

As soon as your purchase ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation which will allow you to track the status of your shipment online. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase when it arrives, pls send mail to contact us immediately.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request, but once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled.
